Creating is a constant companion. Ever since my son was born I pulled out my Canon Rebel T3 and took all his milestone pictures. Every trip I take with family and friends I stage pictures that are as unique as the adventure its self.

 

Understanding steps to a finished project is critical for anything you do in the creative space. As a designer, I've been asked to incorporate photography into the majority of things I've created. Some instances I've had to take the photography myself and other I've had a budget for stock imagery. Whatever the case, It's been important to me to learn as much as I can about the creative field and become a more balanced and well rounded professional.

Practicing these skills often has allowed me to step in and help professionals with headshots as well as speak/hire  photographers, understand photography etiquette while shooting and file types as it pertains to projects.
