This complete custom website was designed for a now happily married couple. After working with the bride and groom to identify their wants and needs for a wedding website, I felt that it would be best to build one from “scratch” rather than to use a free wedding template. The main objective was to provide explicit information about the destination wedding while providing guests with self serve activities and expectations.

The look and feel of the site emerged from the mood board set at the beginning of the process.  The colors, text and textures of the site represent a first glance look and feel of what the guests will experience when they arrive at the wedding. Staying within the timeline and budget, completing the site using WIX (cloud-based web development platform, CMS) allowed me the most flexibility. This site was also mobile friendly (not pictured).
